1.27mm Pin Header Dual Row SMT Type

Antenk’s 1.27mm Pin Header Dual Row SMT Type connector delivers reliable power and signal transmission for compact electronic circuit connections. This series supports 2 to 100 contact positions with dual row 1.27mm pitch design, rated for 1 Amp current and 500V AC dielectric withstanding voltage. It features minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20MΩ contact resistance, operating steadily within the temperature range of minus 40 degrees Celsius to plus 105 degrees Celsius. The insulator adopts PA6T material complying with UL94V 0 flame retardant standard, paired with durable brass contacts available in tin or various thickness gold plating options. Two structural types and multiple plastic height specifications are optional, alongside locating peg design for precise SMT soldering. Users should place components onto designated PCB pads following the official PCB layout for reflow soldering. Avoid overloading current and voltage beyond rated parameters, and never use the connector outside the specified operating temperature range to prevent plastic deformation and contact oxidation.
