Flame Retardant MX 4.20mm 90° Wafer Connector Solution

Launched by Antenk, the MX 4.20mm 90-degree Wafer Connector is a professional wire-to-board interconnect component designed to deliver stable power transmission and reliable signal connection between wiring harnesses and printed circuit boards. This product boasts outstanding electrical and environmental performance with a rated voltage of 600V alternating current and direct current as well as a rated current of 7A. It can withstand 1500V high voltage within one minute, features a minimum insulation resistance of 1000 megaohms and a maximum contact resistance of 20 milliohms, and works reliably in the temperature range from minus 25 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. Conductive pins are made of high-purity brass, while the insulator adopts nylon 66 material that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, with optional housing colors and pin counts ranging from 2 pins to 24 pins. Multiple surface plating options including tin plating, gold flash and different thickness gold plating are available to resist corrosion and extend service life. For standard operation, users shall solder the connector onto PCB strictly following our official PCB layout drawing and match it with the corresponding dual row receptacle to complete electrical connection. As critical usage notes, users are forbidden to apply voltage and current exceeding rated parameters, store finished connectors in dry and ventilated surroundings to avoid terminal oxidation, and install the product only within the certified operating temperature range.
