DIN 41612 Vertical Female Type B Connectors 64 Positions

Antenk’s DIN 41612 Vertical Female Type B Connector with 64 positions is a high density backplane interconnect solution specially designed for stable signal and power transmission between industrial mainboards and pluggable functional modules. This connector delivers reliable electrical performance with a rated current of 2.0 Amp, minimum insulation resistance of 1000 megaohms under 100V direct current and maximum contact resistance of 20 milliohms, and it can withstand AC 1000V high voltage for one minute. It supports stable operation within an extensive temperature range from minus 55 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. The contact terminals are made of durable brass with multiple surface finishing options including tin plating and various thickness gold plating over nickel to resist oxidation, while the insulator adopts PBT filled with 30 percent glass fiber material compliant with UL94V 0 flame retardant standard. This product offers flexible specifications including 32 pin and 64 pin versions, multiple pin tail lengths and two pitch options of 2.54mm and 5.08mm. For installation, users shall solder the connector onto printed circuit boards strictly following the official recommended PCB layout to complete secure board to board connection. As critical usage precautions, users must avoid operating beyond the rated electrical parameters, store products in dry and dust free environments to prevent terminal corrosion, and apply the connector only within the designated working temperature range to guarantee long term service life.
