Antenk’s 1.00mm Dual Row Straight Pin Header serves as a compact wire-to-board and board-to-board connecting component that achieves stable low-current power supply and high-precision signal transmission on miniature electronic circuit boards. This connector features reliable electrical performance with a rated current of 0.75 Amp, minimum insulation resistance of 1000 megaohms, maximum contact resistance of 20 milliohms and AC 500V dielectric withstand capability. It can operate stably within a wide temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. Conductive pins are manufactured from high-quality brass, while the insulating housing adopts black PA6T material complying with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. The product supports customizable contact positions ranging from 2 pins to 100 pins, with multiple contact surface finishing options including tin plating, full gold plating and selective gold plating of various thicknesses. Different pin lengths, plastic housing dimensions and diverse packaging types are also available to match diverse PCB design demands. During installation, users need to solder the pins onto printed circuit boards strictly following our official recommended PCB layout to form firm electrical connection.
