2. Main Structural Composition

• Main rod body: Made of thickened seamless steel pipe through quenching and tempering treatment, featuring strong tensile and torsional resistance as well as outstanding bending resistance to avoid deformation.
• End joints: Equipped with a male thread on one end and a female thread on the other. Precisely machined trapezoidal threads allow multiple rods to be screwed together to extend the total drilling depth. The connection is easy to assemble and disassemble with reliable sealing performance, effectively preventing thread disconnection and slurry leakage.

(1) By Application Scenarios

• Geological Exploration Drill Rods: Applied in mineral resource surveys, geotechnical sampling and core drilling. Common specifications include φ42, φ50, φ60 and φ73.
• Coal Mine Tunnel Drill Rods: Designed for underground gas drainage, water detection and pressure relief drilling. Lightweight and wear-resistant, they fit narrow roadway construction in coal mines.
