3.96mm Pin Header Single Row Straight Type

Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the 3.96mm single row straight pin header is a robust wire to board and board to board connector designed for stable power and signal transmission in various electronic devices. This product features a rated current of 7 Amp, minimum insulation resistance of 1000 megohms and maximum contact resistance of 20 milliohms, which can withstand 500 volts alternating current and operate reliably in the wide temperature range from minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. The conductive pins are made of brass for excellent electrical conductivity, while the insulating housing adopts flame retardant LCP or PA6T material compliant with UL94V 0 standard. Customers can select pin counts ranging from 1 to 20, two standard pin lengths of 10.80mm and 3.50mm, together with multiple surface plating options including selective gold plating, full gold plating and pure tin plating. To install this component, users only need to insert the straight pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards and complete soldering fixation, then mate it with the corresponding female connector to achieve secure electrical connection. Precise dimensional tolerance ensures accurate positioning and stable mating performance in long term service.
