This product features a standard 2.54mm pin pitch with 0.64 square millimeter pin specification and 1.02mm pin diameter, supporting 1 to 40 contact pins for flexible selection. Rated at 3 Amp current, it achieves a minimum insulation resistance of 1000 megaohms and can withstand AC 500V dielectric voltage, operating steadily within a wide temperature range from minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. Conductive terminals are made of brass with optional selective gold plating to resist oxidation and reduce contact resistance, while the insulator adopts black UL94-V0 grade PBT material with excellent flame retardant performance. Two straight installation types and multiple pin length options are available to match diverse PCB layout demands. Users can directly solder the pins onto designated PCB pads, and the double plastic structure effectively fixes the connector position to avoid displacement during soldering and guarantee long-term connection stability.
