Developed by ANTENK, the 2.54mm MPHES Series Machined Pin Connector serves as a reliable medium for power and signal transmission between printed circuit boards. This product features four structural types to meet diverse layout requirements. Type 1 and Type 3 adopt single row design with respective connector heights of 4.96mm and 4.1mm, supporting 1 to 40 contact pins. Type 2 and Type 4 are double row versions with corresponding heights of 4.96mm and 4.1mm, available from 2 to 80 contact pins. The insulator is made of PPS material reaching UL 94V 0 flame retardant grade, paired with brass sleeves and 0.41mm diameter mating pins. It delivers a 3A rated current, with maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohm and 1000V RMS dielectric strength, and guarantees a minimum service life of 500 mating cycles. Multiple surface plating options including tin and gold are offered to resist oxidation under complex working environments. Users can mount the connector through standard through hole soldering following the official PCB layout specification, and select suitable pin row quantity, pin height and plating type according to actual circuit design demands.
