Ultra Slim Machined Pin Header 2.54mm MPHES Series

Designed and manufactured by ANTENK, the 2.54mm MPHES Series machined pin connector acts as a stable transmission medium for power and electrical signals between printed circuit boards. This product provides four structural versions to accommodate diverse PCB design requirements. Type 1 and Type 2 adopt an ultra low profile height of 3.0mm, available in single row with 1 to 40 contacts and double row with 2 to 80 contacts respectively. Type 3 and Type 4 feature a 4.1mm connector height, also supplied in single row and double row pin configurations covering the same range of contact quantities. The connector adopts PPS insulator with UL 94V 0 flame retardant grade and brass sleeves equipped with 0.41mm diameter mating pins. It supports a rated current of 3A, with maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohm and 1000V RMS dielectric strength, ensuring a minimum mechanical service life of 500 plug and unplug cycles. Multiple surface plating options including tin and various thickness gold plating are provided to resist oxidation in harsh working environments. Users can fix the connector on circuit boards via standard through hole soldering strictly following the official recommended PCB layout, and select the proper pin row type, pin count and surface plating according to practical electronic design demands.

 

This machined pin connector is widely adopted in liquid crystal display equipment, digital cameras, industrial control systems, communication devices, smart home appliances, automotive electronics, precision instruments and computer peripheral products. To extend the service life of the connector, users should avoid forced plugging and unplugging operations during installation, never apply current exceeding the rated 3A value, and store unused connectors in dry ambient conditions to prevent brass pins from oxidation.
