Developed and manufactured by ANTENK, the PDB3W3 series 3W3 power D-SUB female solder cup connector is specially designed for stable high current transmission between industrial equipment and wire harnesses. This connector is built with precise dimensional tolerances and multiple optional configurations to meet diverse power connection demands. It features minimum insulation resistance of 5000 megaohms and 1000 volt alternating current dielectric withstand capacity, with maximum contact resistance limited to 30 milliohms, and can work reliably within the temperature range from minus 55 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. In mechanical performance, the maximum contact insertion force is 4.5 kilograms and the minimum separation force reaches 0.3 kilograms to guarantee stable locking connection. The contact part adopts high conductivity brass material, matched with UL94V 0 rated PBT insulator which can withstand 230 degrees Celsius process temperature, and the outer protective shell is made of nickel plated steel for excellent anti interference and anti corrosion performance. Customers can select four optional current ratings from 10 amps to 40 amps, multiple gold plating thickness options and three insulation colors including black white and blue. Users can install this connector on equipment panels via reserved mounting holes and finish circuit connection by soldering wires to the solder cup terminals strictly following standard wiring specifications.

 

This high power D-SUB connector is widely applied in industrial control devices, automotive electronic systems, communication equipment, digital home appliances, precision testing instruments, audio equipment and motor control units. To extend the service life of the product, users must not operate the connector beyond its rated current value, avoid violent plugging and unplugging operations, control the soldering temperature below 230 degrees Celsius during wiring, and store unused connectors in dry indoor environments to prevent oxidation of brass terminals.
