Three Row Shielded D-SUB Plug 50 Pin Solder Type Stamped Pin

1、Independently developed and manufactured by ANTENK, the DB02 series three row 50 pin D-SUB male connector with 2.77mm pitch is engineered to deliver stable high-density signal and power transmission between printed circuit boards and industrial peripheral devices. This stamped pin solder type connector adopts high-performance raw materials, with UL94V-0 rated PBT plus glass fiber thermoplastic housing, brass or bronze conductive contacts and 0.35T thin steel shell with full-area nickel plating for reliable electromagnetic shielding. In terms of electrical performance, the connector supports a 5A rated current, features maximum 20 milliohms contact resistance, can withstand 500V AC voltage for one minute, and provides minimum 1000 megaohms insulation resistance. It works steadily in a wide temperature range from minus 55 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. Five optional mounting structures including rivet and grounding stand-off types, four insulation colors and multiple selective gold plating solutions are available to meet customized project demands. Users can complete installation through through-hole soldering on PCBs, and equip matching locking or grounding accessories to realize firm equipment fixation according to actual wiring layout requirements.

 

This high-density D-SUB connector is widely adopted in industrial control systems, communication equipment, liquid crystal display devices, automotive electronics, precision testing instruments, smart household appliances and computer peripheral products. To maintain long-term stable service performance, operators should avoid overload current beyond 5A rating, forbid violent plugging and unplugging actions, strictly limit working temperature within the specified range, and store unused connectors in dry and ventilated environments to prevent terminal oxidation.
