1.Usage Method

Before using this heavy-duty industrial pallet, place the pallet on flat and solid cement ground to ensure no ground depression or deformation. Put the industrial workpieces or auto spare parts that need to be stored steadily on the positioning area of the pallet, and rely on the built-in limit blocks and positioning upright posts to fix the goods. When handling, insert the forklift forks into the reserved forklift holes at the bottom of the pallet, keep the forks fully inserted to avoid partial stress causing pallet deformation. When stacking multiple pallets, align the upper and lower positioning uprights accurately to ensure the upper pallet is completely locked on the lower limit frame, and it is forbidden to stagger stacking. After finishing material turnover, clean up the debris and oil stains on the pallet surface in time to keep the frame and positioning parts clean.

 

2.Application Scope

3.Usage Precautions

First, overload use is strictly prohibited. Each customized pallet has a rated load capacity, and users must not place goods exceeding the design load to prevent frame bending and welding seam cracking. Second, avoid violent collision during forklift handling; do not use forklift forks to jack the side of the pallet hard, so as to prevent deformation of the pallet frame. Third, it cannot be used in strong acid and strong alkali corrosive environment for a long time; if it needs to be used in chemical workshops, we can provide special anti-corrosion surface treatment customization service. Fourth, regularly check the welding parts, positioning blocks and uprights of the pallet every quarter; replace aging polyurethane anti-collision blocks in time to ensure safe use. Fifth, when stacking, it is necessary to confirm that the ground bearing capacity meets the requirements, and the stacking height cannot exceed the safe limit designed by the product.

Our custom heavy-duty steel storage pallet undergoes strict standardized production processes from raw material input to finished product delivery, each link implements quality inspection standards to ensure product stability.

 

1.Raw Material Inspection: Purchase national standard hot-rolled carbon steel square tubes and steel plates, conduct thickness, tensile strength and rust inspection, screen out unqualified raw materials, and classify and store qualified steel materials.

 

2.CNC Laser Cutting & Bending: According to the customer's confirmed drawing data, use CNC laser cutting equipment to cut steel plates and square tubes into required sizes, then process bending forming through hydraulic bending machine to ensure each part size error is controlled within ±0.5mm.

 

3.Full Welding Processing: Fix all cut steel parts on the welding fixture, adopt CO2 shielded full welding process, polish all welding seams smoothly to remove welding slag and burrs, and carry out preliminary deformation correction for welded semi-finished products.

 

4.Surface Pretreatment: Conduct shot blasting rust removal on welded pallet frames to completely remove surface oxide scale, oil stains and rust spots, improve the adhesion of subsequent powder coating, and avoid paint peeling and rust bubbling.

 

5.Electrostatic Powder Spraying & High-temperature Curing: Hang the pretreated pallet on the automatic spraying line, evenly spray high-adhesion environmental protection powder, then send it to the constant temperature oven for high-temperature curing molding, customize spraying color according to customer requirements.

 

6.Auxiliary Parts Assembly: Install customized polyurethane anti-collision positioning blocks, fixing bolts, positioning upright posts and handrails, tighten all fasteners to ensure no loose parts.

 

7.Finished Product Load & Appearance Inspection: Carry out static load stacking test and forklift handling simulation test for finished pallets, check the surface spraying integrity, welding firmness and dimensional accuracy, only qualified products can be labeled and packaged for delivery.
