MX4.20mm 180° Wafer Connector Series

Antenk AW4202 MX4.20mm 180 degree Wafer Connector is developed to achieve reliable wire to board electrical connection for diverse electronic equipment, supporting stable current and voltage transmission between wiring harnesses and printed circuit boards. This series wafer connector offers flexible pole options ranging from 4P to 24P with dual row layout, rated at 600V alternating current and direct current and 7A current carrying capacity. It features outstanding electrical performance including 1500V one minute withstand voltage, minimum 1000 megohm insulation resistance and maximum 20 milliohm contact resistance, operating steadily within a temperature range of minus 25 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. The housing adopts Nylon66 material compliant with UL94V 2 or UL94V 0 flame retardant standard, paired with brass pins available in tin plated or gold flash surface treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance and stable conduction. Users should install the connector onto PCB through standard through hole soldering strictly following our official PCB layout drawing, and match it with the corresponding AW4201 dual row receptacle to complete connection. Operators need to avoid excessive soldering heat to prevent nylon housing deformation, and regularly check contact tightness to guarantee long term electrical stability.
