This single row box header supports multiple contact pin options ranging from 06P up to 64P, with a rated current of 3.0 Amp per contact. It features premium electrical performance including minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance, maximum 20 milliohm contact resistance and 500V alternating current and direct current withstand voltage, capable of stable operation within a wide temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. The contact pins are made of brass with optional gold plating or tin over nickel plating to enhance conductivity and anti oxidation capacity, while the insulator adopts PBT or PA66 material filled with 30 percent glass fiber that meets UL94V 0 flame retardant standard.
