M5X180 Swing Motor
M5X180 Swing Motor is a genuine Kawasaki swash plate axial piston hydraulic swing motor, which has to be matched with SWING REDUCER to form a complete slewing drive unit. For bulk spare parts procurement, it is always ordered together with undercarriage FINAL DRIVE and full Travel Assembly, forming the full hydraulic transmission system including travelling and slewing for crawler excavators.

M5X180 motor cannot be installed separately; it connects with SWING REDUCER two-stage planetary gear reducer to finish the whole slewing assembly:

2. Built-in wet mechanical parking brake to lock upper structure and avoid accidental rotation
3. Integrated relief valve & makeup check valve for shock absorption and anti-cavitation protection
