4.1 Upper Section: Swing Motor
Adopts axial piston hydraulic motor structure with integrated relief valve, charge valve and cushion valve block to buffer startup and shutdown impacts and avoid sudden swing of the upper structure.
It is equipped with a hydraulically released normally closed brake, which locks the slewing platform under oil pressure relief to prevent slipping on slope operation.
As the power input end of the FINAL DRIVE, it delivers a maximum input speed of 2200rpm to the SWING REDUCER.
4.2 Lower Section: SWING REDUCER
Core reduction component of GS20D25F, configured with 3-series tandem planetary gears: power transmits through sun gear, planet carrier and internal ring gear for progressive deceleration.
All gears are made of alloy steel via carburizing and quenching treatment (hardness HRC58–62) for heavy-load and impact-resistant performance.
The integral cast steel housing withstands harsh working conditions such as gravel and earthwork impacts. As the load-bearing core of the whole Travel Assembly, it finally outputs high torque to drive the large slewing gear and realize 360° rotation of the upper carriage.
