Manufactured by Antenk Electronics, this 1.27mm dual row right angle SMT pin header is a professional board-to-board connector that realizes stable signal transmission and power connection between printed circuit boards. Adopting standard 1.27mm pitch design, this connector supports 2 to 100 contact pins, and provides two structural options including types with and without locating pegs to ensure precise PCB mounting. It is rated at 1 Amp working current, with insulation resistance of minimum 1000 megaohms, maximum contact resistance of 20 milliohms and 500V AC dielectric withstand voltage, stably operating under temperatures ranging from minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. The insulating body is made of black PA6T material complying with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, while brass pins are available in multiple selective gold plating and tin plating options to guarantee outstanding electrical conductivity and long-term anti-oxidation performance. During application, users install the connector onto PCB pads through SMT reflow soldering process, use optional locating pegs to avoid assembly offset, then mate it with matched female connectors to complete circuit connection. All products meet RoHS and REACH environmental requirements. Users should avoid excessive plugging force to prevent pin bending, and ensure the working temperature stays within the specified range to prevent plastic aging and circuit short-circuit failure.
