The copper gasket must be replaced every time it is disassembled to prevent air leakage and pressure loss.

Disassemble the front exhaust fuel line and clean the high-pressure fuel line and filter element, as impurities can easily clog the injectors.

During maintenance, the opening pressure, atomization, and sealing must be checked. If the pressure deviation is >10 bar, the entire assembly needs to be replaced.

It is recommended to replace the entire unit with a set of 6 injectors to avoid vibration caused by inconsistent fuel levels.
