Roll-coated aluminum sheet: After cleaning, passivation, and drying, a paint layer is roller-coated onto the surface of the aluminum sheet, providing a good decorative effect. Various solid colors, wood tones, stone textures, marble, and rust finishes are available. Brushed aluminum sheet: This manufacturing process involves repeatedly sanding lines onto the aluminum sheet. The main steps are degreasing, sanding, and washing. During the brushing process, a special film technology after anodizing creates a film layer containing the metal's components on the surface, clearly revealing each fine brush mark and giving the matte metal a subtle, hair-like sheen. Anodized aluminum sheet: This is formed by placing the aluminum sheet in a suitable electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as the anode, and electrolyzing it under specific conditions and an applied current. The anode oxidizes, forming a thin layer of aluminum oxide on the surface, with a thickness of 5–20 micrometers. Hard anodized films can reach 60–200 micrometers. PS aluminum sheet (advertising aluminum sheet, also known as printed zinc sheet or newspaper sheet): This refers to aluminum sheets with printed patterns on the back and a thickness of 0.25 or 0.3 mm. Mirror aluminum sheet: This refers to aluminum sheets that have undergone various processes such as rolling and polishing to achieve a mirror-like surface.
