Straight line wire drawing machine is an efficient, continuous metal wire processing equipment primarily used to progressively cold-draw thick steel wires (6.5 mm) through multiple block into finer required diameters (0.8 mm), achieving high-precision and high-efficiency production. The equipment consists of a series of drawing blocks (typically 3 to 12, depending on diffrence spec.of wire process requirements) connected in sequence. Each drawing block is equipped with a set of dies (drawing dies). The steel wire passes sequentially through each die, undergoing progressive compression deformation under tension, thereby reducing cross-sectional area and increasing length, while simultaneously experiencing cold working hardening.
