Forged from a single piece of high-grade carbon steel, these bolts deliver a minimum tensile strength of 12,400 lbs. Finished with heavy-duty Hot Dip Galvanizing (ASTM A153 Class C), they offer exceptional corrosion resistance, making them fully compliant for use in extreme coastal and desert environments (meeting SEC and international utility standards).

Thimble Eye Bolt Factory Production Process：
The production of thimble eye bolts must adopt hot forging . Made from ASTM A307 carbon steel, the bar is heated to 1100–1200℃ for hot forging to form the thimble eye and shank blank, followed by trimming and annealing to eliminate internal stress. After precision machining and thread rolling, heat treatment is performed to ensure mechanical properties. Surface treatment is hot-dip galvanizing per ASTM A153 for corrosion resistance, with the entire process and inspection complying with IEEE C135.1 and IEEE C135.80 for overhead line applications.
