Injection mold for plastic frame parts

This is an injection-molded plastic frame part made by our company. We use high-quality engineering plastics and make it with precise injection molding. We choose strong materials like modified PP, ABS, or PPSU. These materials resist heat well and insulate electricity. The see-through yellow color makes the part easy to spot, and also makes it strong and tough so it works well in tough conditions. The frame has many snap tabs and guide notches all around. This lets you put it together with other parts quickly and safely, which makes production and assembly much faster. It is mainly used as screen frames in electronics, panel supports in car interiors, or industrial tools. It can also be a test sample when we develop molds, to check if the structure and assembly work well for our customers. Our products have very precise sizes and we control small differences tightly. We can fully change the size, material, and color to exactly meet different needs for different uses.
