Automatic Resistance Welder Flash Butt Welding Machine

This equipment is classified into two structural forms for your selection:

1: Direct pressing type

2: Type of pressing by lever

Characteristic

Direct pressing type: As it is pressed by 2 cylinders directly and left & right electrode bases are installed on one linear guide rail, so its axisality is better than Type of pressing by lever. This Pneumatic Butt Welder is more suitable for smaller diameter workpiece.

Type of pressing by lever: Press by lever, pressure is bigger than direct pressing type, it is more suitable for bigger diameter workpiece. The Butt Welding Machine supports a max welding area of 160 square mm.
