PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Heat-shrinkable protective film for doors and windows is a packing materials for shrink machine specifically designed for architectural doors and windows (including aluminum alloy, PVC-coated steel, wood, and aluminum-clad wood). When heated, it shrinks to form a tight seal against the surface of the doors and windows, creating a sturdy, transparent protective layer. It is primarily used for surface protection during the production, transportation, storage, and installation of doors and windows.It is primarily consumables for heat shrink packing machine of doors and windows,packaging components for doors and windows.
FUNCTION
1. Scratch and Wear Resistance：Resists friction and impact during handling and stacking, protecting the surface coatings of profiles and glass.

MAIN MATERIAL CATEGORIES

SPECIFICATIONS
1. Thickness range: 1.3 microns (μm) to 24 microns (μm); common specifications are 5 microns (μm) to 12 microns (μm), selectable based on door/window type and protection requirements;
2. Width / Folded Diameter: 30 mm–1,800 mm; any width can be customized to fit doors and windows of various sizes;
3. Length: Supplied in rolls; standard lengths are 100 m, 200 m, and 500 m; custom lengths available;
4. Color Options: Transparent (default), off-white, light blue, black, etc.; custom color printing available.
INSTALLATION
1. Preparation: Clean the surface of the door or window, ensuring it is free of dust and grease, and completely dry with no water stains
2. Covering with film: Cover the entire door or window with heat-shrink film, leaving sufficient allowance for shrinkage
3. Sealing the edges: Seal the film joints with tape or a sealing machine to ensure no air leaks
4. Heating and Shrinking:
・Use a heat shrink machine (for large doors and windows) or a heat gun (for small doors and windows)
・Maintain a temperature between 120°C and 180°C; heat evenly to avoid localized overheating
・Heat from the center outward to ensure the film shrinks uniformly and adheres tightly to the surface
5. Final Inspection: Ensure the film surface is free of tears and bubbles, and that the edges and corners are fully shrunk into place
