This is our 1 inch model. Water flow is 1.5 to 3 tons per hour. We use it for factories, city water systems, and large fish farms.
No moving parts inside. Water goes through a narrow throat. Speed picks up. Creates a vacuum. That vacuum pulls ozone into the water. Simple.
Made of PVDF. Ozone eats metal. Makes regular plastic brittle. PVDF just keeps going. We have customers running these for years without problems.
225mm long. 1 inch male threads (DN25) for connections. Suction port is an 8mm barb. Can also take a 1/2 inch male thread adapter. Ozone suction is 5 to 7 cubic meters per hour. Liquid draw is 235 to 540 liters per hour.
Pressure for liquid‑liquid mixing is 0.4 to 1 MPa. For gas‑liquid mixing, 0.3 to 0.5 MPa.

How to Install It
Step one. Mount the injector. Horizontal or vertical. Follow the flow arrow.
Step two. Connect water supply to the inlet. Use 1 inch fittings.
Step three. Attach your Industrial Ozone Generators output to the suction port. Put a check valve on the line. Without it, water flows back and kills your generator.
Step four. Connect the outlet to your pipe or contact tank.
Step five. Check your pressure. For liquid‑liquid mixing, you need 0.4 to 1 MPa at the inlet.
