Semi-Automatic Water Cooling Resistance Flash Butt Welder

Features:

As a professional Butt Welding Machine, it operates on a mature working principle: the control system drives workpieces to move slowly, removing oxide layers and irregular parts on welding surfaces through flash trimming. Afterwards, the equipment heats the workpiece ends, and instantly applies upset force to make the welding ends fuse together.

This Automatic Butt Welding Machine adopts a micro-controller to fully govern the whole workflow including clamping, flash trimming, upsetting, pressure holding and shutdown, delivering exceptional control precision.

Welded workpieces feature superior structural strength and tight sealing. No cold welds or air pores will occur, ensuring reliable performance and neat welding appearance.

Applications:

The versatile Butt Fusion Machine is widely applicable to metal workpieces with uneven ends and burrs. It can process pipes, bars, sheet metal and section steel made of carbon steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials.
