Characteristic:

This Automatic Butt Welding Machine comes with two structural forms. Direct pressing type relies on two cylinders for direct compression, with left and right electrode bases mounted on a single linear guide rail, delivering superior axial alignment compared to lever pressing structure, and it fits workpieces with smaller diameters perfectly.

Lever pressing mode applies force through lever transmission, generating larger pressure than direct pressing structure, making this Butt Welding Machine ideal for processing large-diameter workpieces. The maximum welding area reaches 160 square mm.

Feature:

1.This Automatic Butt Welding Equipment is equipped with pneumatic vertical compression and pneumatic lever compression systems. It firmly clamps workpieces to form neat and stable welding joints with minimal welding slag.

2.Featuring innovative and well-designed structure with outstanding rigidity, it adopts high-precision guiding mechanism to ensure stable positioning, fast welding speed and consistent pressing force.

3.Fitted with microcomputer constant pressure control system, it supports two-stage discharging and multi-group program storage. Welding time and current can be regulated accurately with simple operation, realizing automatic control over clamping, welding, upsetting and resetting throughout the whole welding procedure.

4.Made of high permeability magnetic silicon steel sheet and integrated secondary structure, the equipment outputs strong current while achieving energy conservation and eco-friendly operation.

5.Water-cooled transformer, water-cooled controlled silicon and water-cooled electrode tips effectively extend the overall service lifespan of the device.

6.It achieves high-quality welding for diverse workpieces including wire, plate and special-shaped parts made of copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel and other metallic materials.
