I. Technical process scheme:

Left and right clamping, the pressure is individually adjustable and displayed with a pressure gauge.

The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic valve block made by Rexroth (China).
The equipment is painted with titanium blue shrink varnish;

III. Requirement:
Purchaser should prepare by itself:
Power transformer: 1. Ordinary transformer >= 630KVA; only for this machine>=400KVA
Two-phase power source for main transformer A.B. 440V. >=180 mm2 copper wire Distance <50 m.
Three-phase four-wire A.B.C.N 440V >=8 mm2 copper wire; (workshop power is enough)
Note: 1. The cracking rate due to welding is less than 0.5%, the rate of micro cracks is less than 10%.
2. In case of an equipment failure that cannot be solved by purchaser, supplier must give a response within 24 hours and seek a feasible solution. All costs and expenses incurred after the warranty period shall be separately discussed and settled by the parties.
