Pneumatic AC Flash Butt Resistance Fusion Butt Welder Machine

This Pneumatic Butt Welder comes in two structural types:

1: Direct pressing type

2: Type of pressing by lever

Characteristic

Direct pressing type: As it is pressed by 2 cylinders directly and left & right electrode bases are installed on one linear guide rail, so its axisality is better than Type of pressing by lever. It is more suitable for smaller diameter workpiece.

Type of pressing by lever: Press by lever, pressure is bigger than direct pressing type, it is more suitable for bigger diameter workpiece. The Butt Welding Machine has a max welding area of 160 square mm.
