**Multi Spot Welding Machine for Stirrups (DN-5*25-5)**

This multi-spot welding equipment, namely the Spot Welding Machine, enables all welding heads to work simultaneously. It delivers much higher efficiency than single-head models, while producing uniform and aesthetically pleasing weld spots.

Features

This industrial Automatic Resistance Welding Machine adopts a multi-head structure, capable of completing multiple spot welds in a single operation.

Control system: Equipped with microcomputer control, it can store 15 sets of adjustable welding schedules. Operators can independently set welding parameters for one or multiple electrodes to meet the welding demands of products with varying sizes and shapes.

Users are allowed to customize the cylinder’s action sequence, operating cycles and welding schedules flexibly, so as to satisfy welding requirements for diverse workpieces.

The machine frame is fabricated with thick steel plates, featuring excellent rigidity and strong resistance to deformation.

Supported by microcomputer control, the equipment runs with high precision and stable performance.

Water cooling transformer: Assembled with 15000 gauss permeability silicon steel sheets, it adopts a full copper alloy core instead of aluminum core. The internal circulating cooling water reduces impedance and improves power utilization. With a 20% duty cycle, it supports long-duration welding and delivers high output power. This transformer boasts a longer service life, lower operating noise and a compact, rational structure.

High-speed solenoid valves accelerate the whole welding process, lifting overall productivity and cutting production costs effectively.

The cylinder is made of high-precision, wear-resistant hard duralumin material. It is rust-proof with low friction and noise, and features rapid loading movement, which effectively reduces weld spatter.

Benefiting from sophisticated machining equipment and exquisite craftsmanship, this CNC Spot Welding Machine achieves outstanding operating precision.

It effectively lowers the rate of loose welds and generates minimal welding slag.

The equipment features simple operation and reliable performance. It supports 24-hour continuous operation with a service life of up to 15 years.

Electrodes are made of CuCrZr alloy with superior wear resistance. Combined with water cooling design, the electrodes enjoy an extended service life.

Compressed air system: Fitted with an air processor to purify compressed air, a muffler for noise reduction and an air tank to stabilize air pressure.

Cooling water system: It provides cooling for transformers, upper electrodes, lower electrodes and other copper components. Water distribution is regulated by independent flowmeters, which can be adjusted separately to ensure stable operation and avoid equipment damage.
