Feature and advantages:

This Resistance Spot Welding Machine is available in Manual type and CNC automatic type, and can also be customized according to product requirements.

Its controller can store 15 welding schedules, to suit different specification workpieces.

It delivers efficient weld performance and can complete welding for multiple weld points in a single operation.

Two foot switches control 2 different welding schedules, to process workpieces of two different specifications.

Featuring universal application, this Spot Welding Machine comes with an insulated upper arm to effectively avoid short circuit issues.

The machine body is made of thick steel sheet, not easy to deformation and boasts excellent rigidity.

Equipped with a water cooling transformer, the unit adopts silicon sheets of 15000 gauss permeability for lamination. Internal cooling water and a full copper alloy core (instead of aluminum) help reduce impedance and improve power utilization. With a 20% duty cycle, the Resistance Welding Machine meets the demands of long-time welding and delivers large output power. It also features longer service life, lower operating noise and a more compact and reasonable structure.

The high-speed solenoid valve further accelerates welding speed and boosts overall working efficiency, effectively cutting production costs.

The cylinder is made of high-precision anti-friction duralumin material, which is rust-proof with low friction and noise. It enables faster loading and minimizes weld spatter.

Supported by advanced machining equipment and exquisite craftsmanship, the welder achieves outstanding precision.

It lowers the rate of loose welds and produces fewer welding dregs.
