The aluminum sandblasting machine is a piece of equipment specifically designed for the surface treatment of aluminum profiles. Efficient Sandblasting Machine integrates the entire process—including sandblasting, feeding, dust collection, and electrical control—and is widely used in various industries such as architectural decoration, automotive, electronics, and aerospace. CORE TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

The aluminum sandblasting machinery（aluminum sandblasting device） adopts high-quality components and intelligent control system, which not only ensures stable operation, but also has simple operation, effectively reducing manual intervention and operation difficulty.

1.- Inverter: Inovance MD310 (7 pcs). The operation box is equipped with Inovance 10-inch color touch screen and Inovance PLC, which has good system matching performance, stable and reliable communication, and is easy to use. It also has working status and fault display functions for quick troubleshooting.

2.- Motor & Electrical Components: Shandong Kaiyuan Motor is adopted for motors, Schneider for main electrical components, and Guomao reducer for cycloid pinwheel reducers, ensuring long service life and low failure rate.

3.- Shotting Gun Speed: 1600~2400 rev/min, adjustable. It can be flexibly adjusted according to the thickness and surface requirements of aluminum profiles to achieve different sandblasting effects.

4.- Feeding Speed: 4~15 meters/minute, adjustable. It realizes uniform feeding and ensures consistent sandblasting quality of each batch of profiles.

5.- Installed Power: 62kw

6.- Compressed Air: P=0.8MPa, air supply 1.2 m³/min (User-owned: If there is no compressed air station, you should prepare one 0.8MPa, 1.2m³/min air compressor, one 2m³/min oil-water separator, one 1m³/min cold dryer, and one 0.8-1MPa, 0.8-1m³ gas tank).

1- Maximum Shotting Section: Width 800mm × Height 240mm, which can adapt to various specifications of aluminum profiles without frequent equipment adjustment.

2- Maximum Lifting Weight of Automatic Pouring Sand Table: 200kg, which can meet the demand of large-volume abrasive transportation and adapt to large-scale production.

3- Maximum Output: 20 tons/day, which can meet the large-scale production needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and greatly improve production capacity.

4- Sandblasting Quality: The same as similar imported sandblasting machines. The surface treatment is uniform, without scratches or accumulation. It can effectively remove oxides, oil stains, extrusion lines and other impurities on the surface of aluminum profiles, providing an ideal base for subsequent processes such as spraying and anodizing, and increasing the coating adhesion by more than 300%.

5- Aluminum Consumption: <1kg/ton

6- Stainless Steel Ball Loss: 0.8~1.0kg/ton (using imported stainless steel balls, calculated by 1mm thick profiles). The abrasive can be recycled and reused, reducing production costs.

7- Power Consumption: About 25 degrees/hour, energy-saving and environment-friendly, effectively reducing the operation cost of enterprises.

It can improve the adhesion of anti-corrosion and heat dissipation coatings and renovate the appearance of old parts.

3- Industrial Profiles & Hardware Products: Radiators, photovoltaic aluminum frames, bicycle frames, aluminum pipes, etc. It can remove burrs and welding slag, improve coating quality and sealing performance; it can also be used for the recycling and renovation of recycled aluminum profiles and old aluminum parts, without chemical pollution and no damage to the substrate.
