This equipment is core processing gear specially tailored for the batch production of refrigerator heat exchangers, standing out among mainstream processing models including CNC Pipe Expander Machine, Staggered Fin Evaporator Assembly Machine and Condenser & Evaporator Forming Machine to complete targeted fin and tube assembly procedures.

In actual production operation, the whole assembly flow realizes full automatic intelligent control. Driven by precision servo motor sets, equipped with high-stability vacuum suction cups, the device completes orderly picking, positioning and feeding of heat exchange fins without manual intervention. After accurate material placement, built-in hydraulic stamping units deliver uniform pressing force to tightly lock aluminum tubes and layered fins into an integrated structure. The tight seamless fitting between tubes and fins effectively cuts thermal transmission loss, greatly lifting the overall heat exchange coefficient and operational efficiency of finished refrigerator heat exchangers. Adopted mature hydraulic and servo control logic, the machine ensures consistent pressing precision and stable finished product quality, perfectly matching standardized production demands of household refrigeration component manufacturers.
