1. Working Principle

1.1Fully Automatic Hairpin Bending Machine mainly consists of Coil loader, Straightening device, first time of feeding device, cutting device, second time of feeding device, bending device & rotation worktable, machine frame, controlling system etc. All the actions are drove by hydraulic system and servo motors, and by PLC controlling. The bending machine is designed refer to imported machines of this kind from Europe, The actions step and process are same with them. Meanwhile, we have also improved it to be more reasonable. To be compared the Heima bending machine which is bending machine brand made by another company, Heima bending machine of actions and process are very not reasonable, it needs to be improved. The unreasonable is main on two points following,

Firstly, The bending wheels of structure is not reasonable. As we know, The pitch of tube rows for Oblique fin evaporators is small, and the Fully Automatic Hairpin Bender needs to bend 8 pcs tubes once, so, The wheels of bending have to be thin and long, thus its rigidity is bad. This way, if The upper and lower ends of wheels are not reinforced by a connecting plate, bending profile of the 8 pcs tubes will not be same, also the forming R and angles will not be same. Therefore, The quality of bending can't be assured.

Second, The arrangement of cutting station is not reasonable. It should be arranged after feeding, and should add secondary feeding, like this, it can feed forward as much as possible, to lead the last time of feeding to go forward as much as possible, to not have the scrape. So, saving time, saving labor, saving material.

1.2operating process is following, To put the coil tubes into the loader, and take the ends to first feeder, press the start button, the first feeder drive the tubes to second feeder through the cutting device. This moment, first feeder stop work and go back, the second feeder start to work, to send tubes to bend in bending wheels, the tubes will be cut when it is up to the length required(set), and continue work until over. If press the start button again, Coil Bending Machine will repeat the above process.

2. Machine Functions:

2.1 This machine can bend 10 pcs tube once

2.2 It is hydraulic drive except for secondary feeding, which is servo drive.

2.3 Control system is used PLC and Touch screen HMI.

3. Quality :

3.1 The bending R should be no obvious bruise and scratch,

3.2 it should be flat after bending.

3.3 bending size max. 1000mm, min.180mm

3.4 it is with rotation worktable, feeding by servo motor with ball screw
