Equipment Usage

This automatic peeling machine is mainly designed for pineapple peeling and also applicable for papaya, taro, cantaloupe, winter melon, grapefruit and other small melon and fruit peeling. Featuring circulating up-and-down cutting by knife groups, it supports adjustable peeling thickness with a peeling rate above 95%.

The specially designed knife holder realizes directional peel discharge for convenient collection and cleaning. The whole machine is easy to disassemble, wash and operate, ensuring safe and hygienic fruit processing.

Applicable Scenarios

Widely applicable for catering industries, staff canteens and food processing plants for batch fruit peeling pretreatment.

Notes: The effective peeling length of winter melon is within 90cm; customized solution is required for oversize fruits. A 550W air compressor needs to be prepared by the user.

Installation Instructions

Place the machine on flat and dry ground to keep stable. Connect 220V power supply and match the external 550W air compressor. Check cylinder, track and knife group status, then conduct idle test to confirm normal operation before feeding fruits.

Usage Instructions

Adjust pressing strength, tool tension and cylinder stroke according to fruit size and hardness before operation. Place fruits stably for automatic circulating peeling. Do not touch the running knife group during operation. Stop the machine completely before replacement and cleaning.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Cut off power and air supply before maintenance. Disassemble and clean the knife group and peel discharge area regularly to keep the machine clean. Check accessories such as cylinders, tracks and buttons periodically to ensure stable operating performance.

Safety Precautions

Do not disassemble electrical and pneumatic components privately. Prohibit hands close to the cutting area during operation. Stop use immediately in case of abnormal noise or jamming, and troubleshoot before reuse.
