Automatic CNC Hydraulic Type Wire Cutting Machine

Description

This Industry Special Machine is capable of uncoiling iron wires, steel wires and more, serving diverse application scenarios. Its standard maximum processing length reaches 3 meters, and customized longer wire specifications are available on demand.

Equipped with coil loading, feeding, straightening and cutting assemblies, this Automatic type equipment sets preset cutting length via scale measurement and realizes automatic material discharging after cutting. Boasting steady running performance and easy operation, a single worker can supervise multiple units simultaneously.

The full structure covers coil loader, straightening unit, cutting unit, base support frame, motor assembly and electric control cabinet. It comes in CNC hydraulic version, with Others optional configurations: models can be fitted with or without a coil loader.

Coil loader is not a standard accessory. Users can place wire coils directly on the ground and fix them with steel rods for normal operation. If purchasers require matched coil loaders, extra charges will apply. Noticeably, the bulky accessory will incur relatively high shipping fees, and buyers may also choose self-fabrication as an alternative.
