Avian Pox Vaccine, Live (Quail-Adapted Strain)

COMPOSITION

This product contains the Avian Pox Virus Quail-Adapted Strain (CVCC AV1003). The virus content per dose is not less than 103EID⁵⁰.

INDICATION

Luckier-Avian Pox Vaccine,Live(Quail-Adapted Strain)

Used for the prevention of fowl pox. The immunity period for adult chickens is 5 months, and for chicks is 2 months. This reliable Live Vaccine is standard Veterinary Medicine applicable via Injection.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Wing web intradermal puncture. According to the dose indicated on the bottle label, dilute with physiological saline. Use a two-pronged needle to dip the diluted vaccine.

For chickens aged 20-30 days: 1 prick.

For chickens aged 30 days and older: 2 pricks.

For chicks aged 6-20 days: 1 prick using a needle with a 1-fold dilution of the vaccine.

After vaccination, a mild redness, swelling, and scabbing will appear at the puncture site 3-4 days later. The scab will fall off 14-21 days later. All chickens can be revaccinated 60 days after the first vaccination.

PRECAUTION

1.After vaccination, the vaccine should be stored in a cool, dark place and used up within 4 hours.

2.The puncture site should be disinfected locally before vaccination.

3. Used vaccine bottles, instruments, and unused vaccine should be disposed of harmlessly.

4. Seven days after vaccination, check the flock. If there is no reaction at the puncture site, revaccinate.

5. Do not vaccinate during an outbreak of fowl pox.

STORAGE

Store at 2 ~ 8°C.validity period is 12 months; store at -15°C or below, validity period is 18 months.
