Product Overview

The JH-09B is a fully automatic double-end crimping and double-end insertion machine. It integrates wire feeding, cutting, stripping, terminal crimping on both ends, and housing insertion on both ends in one continuous cycle.

The machine processes electronic wire and ribbon cable from AWG#30 to AWG#20. It supports housing pitches of 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.54, and 3.96mm, with 2P to 12P universal compatibility.

For applications requiring only single-end insertion, the B-end can be switched to stripping and tinning mode instead of crimping and insertion.

The JH-09B is designed for home appliance, automotive, industrial control, and medical device wire harness manufacturers who need reliable double-end terminated assemblies.

Inspection & Quality Control

Bad rate management:

• When CCD vision detects a defect, the wire is not inserted and is rejected.

• When insertion fails, the finished assembly is rejected.

• If bad rate exceeds user-defined threshold, the machine stops and alerts operator.

Dual CCD Vision System

Inspection logic:

• Bad rate exceeds threshold → Machine stops with alarm

B-End Mode Switching
