The fork-arm type steel bar bundling machine is an automated equipment used for bundling steel pipes, steel billets, ingots, and beams into bundles. It has two arms to surround the materials that are doing to bundle, compared to gantry type steel belt strapping machines, the fork-arm type strapping machine saves much manufacturing material, so the cost is lower than other types.

The core structure and working principle of fork-arm strapping machine

1. Key structure: The core of the equipment is the intermediate main shaft rotating twisting head and the movable long guide path. The steel wire is fed into the movable long guide path by the steel wire hydraulic straightening roller path and the steel wire feeding mechanism. After being precisely controlled in length by the front end length detection mechanism, it is cut by the steel bar cutting part. Finally, the fork arm structure delivers the steel wire to the twisting head, and the bundling is completed through rotation.
