Jiangsu Nanyuan Hydraulic Co., Ltd. had set up since 2006 who is specializing in the hydraulic production of Y81 series metal baler, Q91 series Gantry shear, Y83 series metal briquetting press , Y82 series non-metal packer, scrap crushing line,Q43 series crocodile type hydraulic shear, shredder and other non-standard products.

The main unit is composed of the body, main cylinder, side cylinder, door cover cylinder, lock cylinder, and others.

Each cylinder is a single-piston rod double-acting hydraulic cylinder, with a piston installed inside the cylinder body. The piston is fitted with wear-resistant bidirectional sealing rings, forming two oil chambers of different sizes inside the cylinder. When high-pressure oil acts on the sealing ring, the two wings of the sealing ring press tightly against the piston and the cylinder wall to ensure that the two oil chambers do not communicate with each other. The cylinder end is also equipped with a guide bushing for supporting, guiding, and sealing the piston rod.
