The engine housing is made of 6061-T5 aluminum alloy by gravity melting, then machined and surface treated to complete production. Step 1: Complete the forming process through the gravity casting service, spray preheated aluminum alloy AL6061-T5 into a special mold, fill the cavity of the mold under the effect of gravity naturally, and first form the complex cavity, airways, mounting flange and other basic structures of the shell. Step 3: After treatment and formation, the product is subjected to a natural hard anodizing treatment, using electrochemical reactions, to form a dense layer of aluminum oxide protective film on its surface, the original metallic color of the aluminum alloy being obtained, by significantly improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation performance of the shell.
