The Stainless Steel Wire Mesh including SS 201 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh, SS 304 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh and SS 316 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh by material, the Stainless Steel Off-cuts Mesh is Plain Woven Mesh. The size of off-cuts and other specification all can no problem be supplied by our company. The Stainless Steel Off-cut Mesh same as Stainless Steel Wire Mesh has the performances of acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, heat-resisting and wear-resisting etc. It is widely used in mine, oil, chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry and machine producing.
Offering a high level of protection against corrosion. Grade 304 contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel whilst grade 316 (sometimes called Marine Grade) contains 16% chromium, 10% nickel and 2% molybdenum. The molybdenum is added to help resist corrosion to chlorides (like sea water) and should be used for longer life especially in costal or marine applications.
Many different grades of stainless are used in wire cloth. 304 is the most common, but other are used in specific applications to take advantage of each grade`s unique properties.

Weaving and Features of Stainless Steel Filter Mesh: Plain weave, twilled weave, Dutch weave, etc. It offers good property against acid, alkali and heat, it is also wear resistant.
Characteristics : Square aperture, less rigid than plain weave, especially suitable for deforming, strong wire cloth due to ratio of wire diameter and aperture, it is mostly used for filtration less than 63 μm .
