2.00mm Female Header Dual Row SMT Type Connector

Developed and manufactured by Antenk Electronics, this 2.00mm dual row SMT female header is engineered to deliver stable electrical interconnection between printed circuit boards and wiring harnesses through surface mount soldering technology. This connector supports 2 to 80 contact positions and offers two structural options including type A without locating pegs and type B with locating pegs to prevent mounting deviation during SMT processing. It features a rated current of 1.5 Amp, minimum insulation resistance of 1000M ohms, maximum contact resistance of 20M ohms and AC500V dielectric withstanding voltage, operating reliably from minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. The conductive contact is made of high-purity brass with multiple plating choices ranging from flash gold, selective gold with different thicknesses to pure tin, while the insulating housing adopts UL94-V0 grade black PA6T material for excellent flame retardancy and insulation performance. Users need to follow the standard PCB layout dimension parameters to complete reflow soldering for precise installation. For safe service life, operators must not exceed the rated current and voltage, and avoid long-term use under ultra-high or ultra-low temperature environments to prevent contact oxidation and insulation aging.
