Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the 3.5mm pitch dual row straight pin header of PHKS01 series is designed to realize stable power transmission and reliable signal connection between circuit boards. This DIP type connector adopts copper alloy as contact material, with optional gold plating or tin over nickel plating, and the insulator is made of LCP filled with 30 percent glass fiber that meets UL94V 0 flame retardant standard. It supports a maximum current of 14 Amp, features 100M ohm minimum insulation resistance at 500V DC and 20m ohm maximum contact resistance, and can withstand 500V AC voltage within one minute under wide operating temperature ranging from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. Our complete production workflow includes independent mold design and development, precision terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, surface plating treatment, automatic assembly and strict electrical performance testing in professional laboratories. Equipped with imported high speed punching machines and precision injection molding equipment, this pin header covers circuit specifications from 4 circuits to 20 circuits with two optional pin lengths to match diverse PCB layout requirements, and all dimensional tolerances are precisely controlled according to industrial standards.

 

This dual row straight pin header applies traditional through hole DIP welding technology, compatible with automatic wave soldering and manual welding operations for PCB mounting.
