Brick red paint roll

The substrate for brick-red color-coated coils is metal strip; common types include cold-rolled sheet, hot-dip galvanized sheet, hot-dip Al-Zn coated sheet, and electro-galvanized sheet. These substrates possess good structural strength and offer basic rust resistance through their coatings. Topcoat (Brick-red coating): Standard type: Regular Polyester (PE); offers low cost and good color reproduction, suitable for general applications. Weather-resistant type: Silicone-Modified Polyester (SMP)—most commercially available brick-red color-coated steel coils fall into this category; offers better weather resistance than regular polyester, suitable for outdoor architectural use. Also includes High-Durability Polyester (HDP), which offers further enhanced durability. High-durability type: Fluorocarbon (PVDF); features exceptional weather and corrosion resistance with an outdoor service life of 15–20 years, making it the top choice for high-end outdoor projects.
