1.27mm Pitch SMT Dual Row Header with 90° Angle Pins

Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PHCM16 series 1.27mm pitch dual row right angle SMT pin header delivers stable signal transmission and reliable low-current power interconnection for compact miniaturized PCB electronic devices. This connector supports contact specifications ranging from 2 pins to 100 pins, adopting square pins with 0.40mm side length, and provides diversified contact plating options including gold flash, selective gold plating and tin plating to meet different anti oxidation and conductive requirements. The insulator is fabricated from high performance LCP polyester material that complies with UL94V 0 flame retardant standard, perfectly adapting to high temperature SMT reflow soldering environments. It is rated for 1A working current, with minimum insulation resistance of 1000M ohms, maximum contact resistance of 20M ohms and 300V AC dielectric withstand voltage, operating steadily within the temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. This 90 degree dual row SMT pin header adopts surface mount soldering installation, suitable for automated high volume reflow soldering production, and can be supplied in tape and reel packaging to fit automatic SMT placement equipment.
