Bore 125mm, Rod 70mm, Stroke 3100mm — extended overall length supports deep-reaching robotic arm applications.

Cylinder barrel in honed cold-drawn seamless steel tube, internal surface roughness Ra 0.2-0.4μm.

Piston rod in induction-hardened chrome-plated steel, chrome layer thickness 30-50μm, surface hardness HRC 50-55.

Working pressure rated at 250 Bar, test pressure 375 Bar.

Double-acting design with cushioning at both ends, reducing end-stroke impact and extending seal service life.

Sealing system: imported polyurethane (PU) + nitrile (NBR) combination rod & piston seals, with double dust wiper ring on rod side.

Both ends fitted with MP5-type spherical plain bearings, self-aligning angular compensation ±5°, reducing side-load damage risk.

Dual hydraulic oil ports with standard metric thread, compatible with common hydraulic fittings.

Telescopic cylinder body with intermediate guide rings positioned at each stage junction, ensuring concentric alignment throughout full stroke.
