I. Product Overview
The 358 anti-climb fence is manufactured from high-tensile low-carbon steel wire with a unique "358" mesh aperture design (76.2mm × 12.7mm), combining three key features: small mesh openings, high shear resistance, and anti-climb properties. It is widely used in prisons, detention centers, highways, substations, schools, and high-end residential properties.

II. Installation & Delivery
Domestic orders: Installation included — our professional team handles on-site construction with high efficiency and short lead times.
International orders: Delivery included (shrink-wrapped, palletized, and reinforced) to ensure zero damage during long-distance transportation.
III. Functions of the Fence
· Physical barrier: Effectively prevents climbing and trespassing, establishing clear boundary control;
· Shear resistance: The small mesh aperture prevents standard bolt cutters from accessing the wires, significantly enhancing anti-vandalism capability;
· Top protection: Optional spikes or razor barbed wire can be added to prevent any attempt to climb over from the top.
IV. Service Life
The fence features a dual-layer anti-corrosion treatment of hot-dip galvanizing plus polyester powder coating. Under normal outdoor conditions, the service life can reach 15-25 years, with extremely low routine maintenance costs — only periodic bolt tightening checks are required.
V. Quality Control System
We understand that once a fence is installed, replacement costs are extremely high. Therefore, we implement strict quality inspection checkpoints at every stage, from raw materials to finished products:
1. Raw material inspection: Each batch of incoming steel wire is tested for tensile strength, carbon content, and galvanized coating thickness — substandard materials are rejected;
2. Welding process control: Fully automatic welding equipment with batch-by-batch spot checks on weld strength to ensure no weak or missed welds;
3. Surface treatment quality inspection: Coating uniformity checked after galvanizing; adhesion and thickness verified after powder coating;
4. Finished product full inspection: Each panel is inspected for surface flatness, dimensional accuracy, and visual defects before leaving the factory;
5. Packaging protection: Export orders are packed with wooden pallets + stretch film + edge protectors to minimize transit damage.
