CR2032 180D Coin Cell Battery Holder

Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, this 180-degree CR2032 coin cell holder is a dedicated PCB-mount component that firmly fixes CR2032 button batteries to deliver stable backup power and continuous signal supply for electronic circuits. According to official drawing specifications, the housing is molded with glass-filled thermoplastic that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant grade, while elastic contacts are made of durable phosphor bronze with multiple plating options including tin and various thickness gold plating. It holds a maximum contact resistance of 30 milliohms, minimum insulation resistance of 1000 megaohms, and passes 500V AC dielectric withstand test for one second, working reliably in a wide temperature range from minus 55 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. The standardized PCB layout and precise dimensional tolerance control ensure smooth automatic SMD assembly. This coin cell holder supports two mainstream packaging methods, tray and tape & reel, to satisfy manual and fully automatic SMD production lines. Users attach the holder to printed circuit boards via reflow soldering following the recommended PCB layout diagram, then place CR2032 coin batteries into the cavity to finish power connection.
