Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DFR series right angle inverted female connector is a reliable 2.54mm pitch interconnection component for PCB signal and low-power transmission, available in 16, 32 and 64 positions with single or dual row contact layout. According to drawing specifications, the insulator is 30% glass-filled PBT that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant grade, while brass contacts support diverse plating options including gold flash, graded thickness gold plating and tin over nickel plating. It features 2.0A current rating, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, passing 1000V AC one-minute withstand voltage test and operating steadily between -55°C and +105°C. This right angle reversed design has fixed tail length of 3.2mm, controlled insertion and withdrawal force to maintain stable mating without loose contact under long-term vibration. This inverted right angle female header adopts through-hole DIP wave soldering installation. Operators fix the right angle tails onto printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing, then mate the socket with matched straight male pin headers to finish complete circuit connection. It is widely applied in industrial control equipment, communication signal modules, digital household appliances, automotive auxiliary electronics, portable precision testers, memory backup circuits and thin-type consumer smart devices. During soldering and application, users must avoid excessive heating temperature to prevent glass-filled plastic deformation, work within rated electrical limits to avoid contact burnout, and store unused connectors in dry sealed environment to protect brass contacts from oxidation.
